A Sales Leaderboard Built on Real Numbers

Rank your reps by revenue closed, deals won, activities logged, or close rate, across a week, month, quarter, or year. Every figure comes from the pipeline your team already works. No points, no badges, nothing invented.

Four Ways to Rank the Team

One ranking rarely tells the whole story. Switch the metric and the order changes, which is usually where the useful conversation starts.

Revenue closed

Total deal value on leads marked won inside the period. Taken from the deal value on the lead record, not from a self reported number.

Deals closed

Count of leads won. Useful when your deal sizes vary enough that a revenue ranking hides a rep who is closing steadily.

Activities logged

Calls, emails, meetings, and notes recorded against leads. This is the effort metric, and it ranks the work rather than the luck.

Close rate

Won divided by won plus lost within the period. It surfaces the rep who converts a smaller pipeline better than everyone else.

What a Manager Actually Gets

The ranking is the summary. Underneath it is the detail you need for a one on one.

Per rep KPIs

Leads owned, won, lost, still in pipeline, close rate, total revenue, average deal size, quota and quota attainment, and average days to close.

Activity breakdown

Calls, emails, and meetings counted separately, plus activities per lead, so you can see who is working the pipeline rather than sitting on it.

Call outcomes

For teams running outbound, dials split by connected, voicemail, gatekeeper, callback, and not interested.

Movement

Each rep carries their position change against the previous period and their current activity streak, so you see direction rather than a single frozen number.

We took the game mechanics out

Site2CRM used to award badges and a points score. The points were revenue divided by a hundred, which is to say they were revenue wearing a costume. The badges mostly measured how long someone had been on the team.

We removed all of it. What is left is a ranking of what your reps closed and what they did to close it, over a period you choose, with each rep's movement against the previous period. A manager can act on that. Nobody needs a trophy icon to understand where they stand.

The two things we kept are position change and activity streak, because both are computed from logged work rather than assigned as a reward.

When this is worth turning on

Worth it when

  • You have two or more people working leads.
  • Your reps log calls and meetings against the lead record.
  • You set deal values when marking a lead won.
  • You run one on ones and want the numbers in front of you.

Not yet if

  • You are a solo operator. Use the pipeline and analytics instead.
  • Nobody logs activity, since the activity ranking will read as zero.
  • You close deals outside Site2CRM and never record the outcome.

Common Questions

Where do the leaderboard numbers come from?

From work your team is already doing in Site2CRM. Moving a lead to won and setting its deal value feeds the revenue and deals metrics. Logging a call, email, meeting, or note feeds the activity metrics. There is no separate scorekeeping step and nothing for a rep to submit.

Do I need a CRM connected for this to work?

No. Rankings are computed from your Site2CRM lead and activity data, so the leaderboard works whether or not you sync to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or Nutshell.

Do I have to set up rep profiles first?

No. A rep profile is created automatically the first time someone is assigned a lead or logs an activity, so a new hire appears on the leaderboard as soon as they start working.

Are there badges and points?

No, and that is deliberate. We removed them. A points score derived from revenue tells you nothing that revenue did not already tell you, and badges reward tenure more than performance. The leaderboard ranks real outcomes and real logged effort.

What time periods can I rank by?

This week, this month, this quarter, or this year. Position change is calculated against the previous comparable period.

Is this useful for a team of one?

Not really. A leaderboard needs people to compare. If you are a solo operator, the pipeline view and the analytics dashboard will tell you more than a ranking of one.
